You said, we did- Nuisance Bikes

Hello Resident, 

In a recent survey on my community voice, you voted nuisance bikes as one of your top issues in your area.

I wanted to update you on a positive police stop carried out yesterday in the Orian Way area of Ashford.

Officers responded to a report of a male riding a Sur-Ron bike while wearing a balaclava. Following a prompt response, officers located and stopped the individual. A search was conducted, during which a small amount of cannabis was found in his possession. He has been dealt with for drugs offences and driving offences. 

The bike was also seized and will not be returned to him.

This is a good example of officers acting on information received from the public and taking positive action to address concerns within the community.
